Volunteers Needed for Board of Directors
The Governance Committee of the Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation is seeking volunteer candidates for the CCH Foundation Board of Directors.
The Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation is governed by a board of twelve volunteers and one ex-officio director. Applications from community members are invited for vacant volunteer director positions.
Board members are expected to attend meetings of the Board, as well as regular committee meetings. As volunteer directors of a charitable corporation, board members are not paid for their services.
Individuals who wish to be considered as candidates for membership on the Board of Directors are requested to obtain an application form from:
