Marcel Villeneuve (before and after) |
The Cornwall Community Hospital is supported by grateful patients, families, local businesses, and community members who appreciate the vital role of our community hospital. Often out of gratitude for care received, they choose to make a difference in the lives of their family, friends and neighbours by making a gift to the Foundation.
Inspired by the medical staff of the Palliative Care Department and the work they do, Marcel Villeneuve decided he too would like to make a gift to the Foundation. Offering to shave his head for the cause, Marcel challenged the community to help him raise funds for the department. The result – an overwhelming $2,088 was raised! Thank you to everyone who supported the cause.
The Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation is committed to raising funds for much-needed hospital equipment. This continuous appeal will allow the Foundation to fulfill its mission of providing quality health care for the residents of our community.
